BEIJING, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on Friday sent a congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), on the 80th anniversary of the founding of the WPK.
