PYONGYANG, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), on Monday presided over the first enlarged plenary meeting of the Ninth Central Committee of the WPK, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said Tuesday.
The Presidium of the Political Bureau and the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee were elected at the meeting.
The Presidium of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee includes Kim Jong Un, Pak Thae Song, Jo Yong Won, Kim Jae Ryong and Ri Il Hwan, according to a press release of the meeting cited by KCNA.
